Mobikwik — Fraud transaction happened in my mobikwik zip wallet but recovery agents harassing me to pay

On 15.08.2023 ther is an fraud transaction happened in my mobikwik zip wallet. Immediately reported to cyber police and mobikwik team.

But Mobikwik recovery agents harassing me to pay and abusing me in calls and WhatsApp messages.

Then lodged complaint in RBI ombudsman for harassing me.
