Mobikwik — Loan foreclosure issue

I was took mobikwik zip loan on feb-2023 through mobikwik app and i paid all my EMIs on time with out any delay until June-2023. On 30th Jun 2023 i was forclosed my zip loan through the link provided by mobikwik and same day i was contacted to the coustomer service and they said it took 24-48 hrs to update after payment. After completion of 48 hrs again I was contacted coustomer service again they said it took 5-7 working days to update . I was contacted them every day as of now ... No one is responding properly and they also said no EMI for the month of July will be debited but now from 5th July onwards they are debiting 295 rupees per day for not maintaining of EMI amount now it is 9th day and still my loan was not closed and now I am received wattsapp messages from different numbers having msg of pay emi and texts messages regarding EMI bouns . I have screenshot of the payment and mail confirmation. Please do need full iam afraid to maintain the amount in my account .

I am sharing payment screenshot and mail confirmation screenshot pentality deducted screenshot of 5th & 7th July and link I was paid the amount which is provided by mobikwik.
