It is submitted that, Presently. I am serving with the above address. On 02.03.2015, I was checked to my SB Account No [protected] (Account held with SBI, Sooranam (TN)). It is found that, a sum of Rs 14027.98 had been debited from the account and the same POS by unknown person. In this matter, I suddenly informed to Home branch (SBI, Sooranam and My nearest Branch SBI, Mahendragiri) including SBI customer care and blocked to my ATM. The details of Txn shown my statements are as under:- S.No Txn ID No and date Amount Withdrawn/POS through 1. 170761 dated 02.03.15 2020.00 Pay u money, Gurgaon 2 173982 dated 02.03.15 2017.98 Pay U money, Gurgoan 3 174303 dated 02.03.15 9990.00 www.mobikwik.com .New Delhi Total 14027.98 It is further that, I confirmed from Pay U money com, but the Pay u Money, Gurgaon customer care has informed me that, the all forgery transactions had been done by the following mobile No’s personnel :- 2 Mobile No [protected], [protected] and [protected] (Forgery Person’s M.Nos) But, the www.mobikwik.com is not any responding, I also confirmed that the mobikwik is sure to involve the above forgery work. This web site (Mobikwik) is very dangerous and involved all forgery works. I also informed that Some days ago I was recharged a sum of Rs 450/- through mobikwik.com, the same unsuccessful the recharged to concerned phone/DTH, till now, the amount has not been refund from mobikwik.com vide my Txn ID No [protected], Rs 150.00, Txn ID No [protected] and Rs 150.00, Txn ID No [protected] Rs 150.00 Total Rs 450.00. in this regards, I was many complaint lodged to sent to concerned web site (www.mobikwik.com) till now no action, and this net works all phone Nos are forgery. The Forgery M.Nos are mentioned above was calling me that’ we are calling from Mobikwik com and corrected informed me my m.No, email Id and all my personal details. So, I humble that suitable action may please be taken to the subject matter sir. Thanking you sir.
