I have done a transaction worth 1588 through mobikwik amex blue card on 13 april 2022. The transaction got failed at mechant end but money was deducted from mobikwik wallet. I have raised complaint against transaction on the app with support ticket no. 24835320. There was just a single reply that your issue is being reviewed. I have been continuously messaging their Twitter support also but every time just same reply that we are working on your issue.
I have even mailed their nodal team on 2 june but not even a single reply from them. It's been more than 85 days now.
I have raised a new ticket on their app 7 days ago but that too not even a single reply.
Every RBI guidelines have been breached here by mobikwik. Almost 3 months now.
