Mobikwik — My account hacked | |||
Yesterday 3/9/15 @ 11:00 pm, i received a sms regarding wallet debit for a recharge to Spice Digital for Rs. 1344/-, whcih i had not done, i checked my wallet balance it was 1344/- exact before and now the whole amount was gone, later i even received a cashback for that transaction for Rs 50/-. I live in chhattisgarh and there is no service of spice telecom, I immediately created a ticket 3474064 for my complain, please can somebody help to recover my balance. Had I made this transaction I would have got an OTP on my mobile but this time I did not get any OTP. It means mobikwik is not secure and somebody from mobikwik only has transferred my money from my account.
I am not going to use it anymore.
Also I would request others to also stop using mobikwik.
