Mobikwik — Not Added Rs. 500

Dear Sir, I am Regular costmer Mobikwik last Two year. I added Rs. 500 throught SBI Net Banking. Transaction Ref No. 7809596 Dt.[protected] Timming 6:55:25 hrs. And Rs.500 debited from my SBI account. But my Mobikwik Ballance is Rs 549.Now I received sms from Mobikwik Tick status open & Ticket No-643373 dt.[protected] at 03:19:10 hrs. Plz tell me how & where can I use this Ticket.So I can added Rs.500 in my Mobikwik Balance. Plz take neccesary action as early as possible. Thanks Harjinder Malhotra Mob.
