Please refer to my compliant dated 12.01.2015 regarding refund of money Rs. 150 debited form my bank account for unsuccessful recharg of mobile no. [protected] vide transaction id : [protected]. In this connection it is to inform that nothing is heard from your side for refund of deducted. You are further requested to check your records and fix my problem as soon as possible...
