Mobikwik — Not returning my money since one and half month inr 5000 | |||
Transaction Reference No :[protected]. Amount 5000 debited from bank account on 15th June while doing transfer to Mobikwik wallet but transaction was failed and money debited from bank but not credited to mobi wallet. Raised a complaint on same day and I was told that in such case amount debited will be credited back to bank in some working days...On 19th June when I tried to login I found that I was unable to login and when i called customer care they said my account is blocked, I clearly said to customer care that after such a bad experience am no longer interested in doing any further transaction through mobikwik . I again raised a complaint for my 5000 and on 25th July after more than a month I was told that amount will be transferred to bank account in few days and I have even posted image of official FB Page conversation/Resolution/Commitments...Now on 4th Aug when I called customer care they are again asking me to activate my account first by providing my bank documents etc...Now when am not at all interested in activating mobikwik why am I being forced to activaye it and add on to harrasment. Am simply kicked like football by Mobikwik customer care (Phone) and Mobikwik FB customer Care(Facebook) and none are sticking to their commitments...In image its clearly seen that Mobikwik Officially FB said that amount shall be credited in Bank account in few days on 25th July 2015 which is till now not credited and currently there is no clue where, when and how I shall be receiving my 5000...Really frustrating and horrifying experience through mobikwik. I have been following up with the team to transfer my balance back but there is no response from them. Now they have stopped answering
calls as well. I think their intent is to forfeit my money.
