On previous complaint your resolution was as under- Help request is resolved. Dear raj. [protected]@gmail.com, We hope our response was swift and satisfactory. Query Itried to recharge my mobile through mobikwik on[protected], 2 times & on[protected], one time of rs.148 but mobile not recharged & money deducted all the 3 times from my pnb account. Still neither refunded in my account nor in my wallet of mobikwik. Bank details are as under[protected] ccavenue/ccadd1hpq519/[protected]/rks[protected] ccavenue/ccadd2hpq487/[protected]/rks[protected] ccavenue/ccadd1hqb154/[protected]/rks148 i request u to please take necessary action & reply me also. We checked and found that your payment was unsuccessful as mobikwik did not get an update from your bank for this transaction. As a standard bank policy, the amount automatically gets credited back to the same account within 3-15 working days from the date of transaction. This may vary from bank to bank as per their guidelines, which is beyond our control. Please contact your bank for further information. Thank you for being a valued mobikwik customer. Regards Mobikwik team Ticket no 4880726 Status resolved I contacted our bank, he said that money has been transferred from bank & update from bank has been sent for all the above three sucessfull transactions.
