Mobikwik — Payment done but product never received and even Money Not Refunded

I tried to purchase on Fashionandyou.com and money has been deducted but order not placed. even tried to contact fashionandyou.com, they said Payment not done from Mobikwik. Transaction Date: 21st July 8:54 pm Amount: Rs 69.20 I need my money back
I made the complain but after chasing them nothing came out... Very disappointed.
