[Resolved] Mobikwik — Regarding to refund of 15000/- | |||
Second time I am again submitting my complain. I had added an amount of 15000/- on my mobikwik wallet to purchase the yoga 8 tablet from snapdeal. I Tried the transactions many times but each time it failed. Then, I tried to book my ticket from Make My Trip and again transaction failed through mobikwik. Now I have purchased yoga 8 and booked my trip by making direct payment. Hence, I want the money from Mobikwik wallet back as it is of no use to me now.. I can not afford to keep my amount in wallet for a long time as it is not serving any purpose. Please refund my amount into my respective account. I am trying to contact customer care but the service is very poor and of no help. This state of affair has caused me great mental agony. Failing any action from your side, I will be forced to go for other options like filing FIR or case in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
