The biggest scam wallet app, any day they can just shut down and eat up all the consumers money in each wallet that are registered under them. Customer service doesn't work on the mentioned scheduled hours on the website! More than 1 hour no one responses from the other end. If you are trying to transfer money through IMPS from their wallet, it is a huge inconvenience as most of the times it wont go through. However money will get deducted from account.
They will not respond easily if you do not sugar coat and tell them your problem. In any kind of emergency, DONT ever think o[censored]sing this app as it will fail you big time. The cashbacks are most of the times not given. They will offer you assistance saying "Create a Ticket" on the website which in turn wont be taken care of. Thus, forget about the cashback you were supposed to receive. PAYTM is best. And am not a PayTm employee.
