Sir I wish to invite your kind attention in the false transfers to mobile [protected] made by me as detailed below; and I request you kindly request you to rectify and request you to restore the amounts in mobikwik account balance once again. The transfers in fault to mobile no. [protected] details :- 1. Rs. 5000/- transfered mistakenly to mobile no. Cited, vide transcn. Code 55c768baba6c8 on 26/10/2017 2. Rs. 1389/- also transfered mistakenly as above vide code 55c7696a1eeb9 on 26/10/2017. Please restore the amounts again in mobikwik account balance and inform me through mobile no. Added money Rs.1500/- not added in wallet & debit from my bank account but not showing in wallet. There is no reply of my email and there is no customer care number for contact to them. only 1 contact number that never connect.
