Mobikwik — Unsuccessful orders and no refund even after 21 days | |||||
I placed an order on Myntra through Mobikwik, tried 2 times and both the times the payment errored out and no order was placed. Mobikwik said that the order is placed but no order shows on Myntra but money was still deducted twice from my bank account. Since then I have written to them 5-6 times, called their customer care and raised tickets but they keep telling me that it will be resolved and they will arrange a callback while no tracking number is provided and nothing happened yet. I am not sure if someone is at all looking at the ticket. These are the 3 tickets have been raised and not resolved yet - 4963345 4915869 4903279 Was this information helpful? | |||||
