[Resolved] Mobikwik — Wallet Amount not Updated | |||
I had added an amount of Rs. 1520/- to my Mobikwik a/c wallet with transaction ID: [protected] and Ticket No.: #2072102 on 28/01/2015 however it's not been updated on the a/c. The total Wallet balance shows as Rs. 1210 whereas it should now show Rs. 2730 /- (Rs.1210 (previous balance) + Rs. 1520). . Amount was debited from my account and even showing as Add Balance 900 in Transactions history, but my wallet balance is still not updated.
