Mobikwik — Wallet balance not updated although the amount is debited from account | |||
Hi, I have tried to recharge to my mobile via mobikwik on[protected] for rupees 100. It failed. I tried it again. That time also it failed. Then I tried to add money to wallet. That was also failed. But for these 3 times, Rs. 300 /- was transfered from my credit card to mobikwik wallet. Recharge also didn't happen and wallet balance is still Rs 0/-. I have filed a tracking ticket on[protected]. But still no reply. Please either update the wallet balance and transfer the money back to my account. My mobikwik accout id is [protected]@ymail.com Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
