Mobikwik — Wallet balance not updated in spite of sucessful transaction | |||
Hi, My wallet balance did not update. I have added money to mobikwik wallet via web on 20-Jan-2015 at 21:14:21 hours. My Transaction Id is[protected]. and transaction amount was Rs.100.00. My previous balance was Rs. 57.52 and it was not updated though the transaction was successful and the amount is debited from my bank account. I created Ticket #2005937 on mobikwik site for Customer Care. But they have not replied and then I have created another Ticket #2025753 stating the issue. But till today they have not replied to me. Also neither my mobikwik balance was updated nor my bank account is credited back Rs. 100/-. I seek jutice from your end. Thanks & Regards, Pradipta Kr.
