Mobikwik — wallet balance not updating | |||
I have added balance to my wallet twice on 20th January, 2014. Transaction ID- [protected] and[protected] Transaction Amount- Rs. 568.1 and Rs. 600 Transaction Time- 20/01/2015, 08:35:41 hours and 20/01/2015, 07:58:57 hours After both transaction, balance deducted from my bank account and it is showing in my transaction history in both my bank account and mobikwik. But my wallet balance is not updated. I seek Help from mobikwik several times, TICKET #1997250 TICKET #2008090 TICKET #2040550 TICKET #2052498 TICKET #2065633 Their reply is always same... "Dear User, Namaste! Thank you for taking out time to write to us. We understand your concern of Payment update. We would like to inform you that Payment has already been updated to your MobiKwik Wallet. Please check your Wallet Balance to confirm the same. You must have received an email with complete details of the Payment update. MobiKwik team deeply empathizes for not meeting your expectation and promise to keep serving you more efficiently every time you use us. Thank you for choosing MobiKwik. Regards MobiKwik Team "We take pride in serving our valued customers" But, I have not received any update regarding updatation of my wallet balance... my wallet balance is still the same..
