Mobikwik — Why are you not refunding the amount in wallet untill we raise the ticket ?

Hello Mobiwiki Team, Unfortunately, I am (was) the active user of mobiwik application, was recharging my mobile and booking movie tickets from mobiwik everytime. I have booked some 8-10 times movie tickets. To get the amount back in my wallet, need to raise the ticket and in reposnse I get the text like " will get within 48hrs". Please note- I hv booked 2 times movie tickets recently but dint get the amount back. Please return amount back in my mobiwik wallet. it wud be some 300+ rs
