[Resolved] Mobikwik — without refunding my amount 9000 rs. deactivated my account

Dear Sir I had balance about 3000 in the account When it is deactivated without any information and about 6000 rs. which I paid paisapay through mobikwik, reversed refunded due to some reason.without refunding in my account total 9000 rs. deactivated .I have lodged a ticket no. 1180317 but there is no response.my log in e mail is thanesh.[protected]@gmail.com

Call on this no & tell them your issue. This no belongs to Mobikwik customer support - [protected]. Take down the E-Mail ID of an executive talking to you & mark a copy of an E-Mail to that executive as well. If this does not work try calling this no again specially in morning time. If still it fails please mail your complaint on following E-Mail IDs'.
