[Resolved]  Mobikwik.com — refund my money

Dear sir on 30/09/2014 at 13:02:40 I had done a payment to EBAY.IN through mobikwik.com of Rs 9590 at that it was shows your payment was success. But no payment will be pay to EBAY.IN therefore I have not make a successful purchase from EBAY.IN. My register id in mobikwik.com is [protected]@gmail.com my transaction id is : AMBK[protected] my email id is [protected]@gmail.com contact no is [protected]. my complain ticket no is #1301118 (complained on 1/10/2014 at 13:04:00) but my complained no resolved so kindly help me and suggest what I will do for refund...
