Reliance Postpaid — cancellation

Sir,
I have taken a Reliance postpaid connection sim from kottayam,kerala , 6 months back.
There were 2 sims [protected]& [protected] . I cancelled 2 sims last month , october 2012 ., but again got the bill for november 2012 . My termination bill number is 544838 & 544839 , paid on 22 nd october 2012 at the thiruvalla reliance office . So please take necessary steps to stop it .
