Mobile Phone Ltm — Lenovo A 7000 Model

I purchase Lenovo Mobile phone Model No. A7000 from Flipcart on 26th May 2015 & Delivery Received from Flipcart on 5th June 2015. (IMEE No. [protected]) There is some problems of Battery Backup (Short Battery Life) in mobile since beginning. I already complain to Flipcart but they are not responded. I give my phone in working condition to Lenovo Authorized Service Station at Earth Enterprises, Vadodara vide Job Card No. : SRB2X[protected] on 15th July 2015 the Receipt of the Mobile is attached herewith. But the problem was not solved till date and those people are also not giving my Phone as on Date. Now the said my phone is totally dead. I give my phone to Service Center 15th July 2015 But not Repaired till date. However, the Phone problem only for short battery life then how can mobile is totally dead. Now I want to Replace or Repair the Mobile as earliest Possible. There is no buddy Autopsied Person who can handle this matter. and no buddy receiving our phone calls also.
