I am purchase a Sumsung Mobile Phone-Model-Sumsung tizen Z-1.On-15.09.2015.after one month so many problem regarding mobile .some times automatically siwtch off mobile and time to time my incoming and out going cal not working. and do not work any menu time to time..then i am visit to customer care in jharsuguda, Odisha.your customer care Formating my mobile..then solve my problem and after 7 day i am face is same problem..so request please i am return to my phone because i am worrid in this problem..
