[Resolved]  Mobile Phone Ltm — Mobile handover to service center till now no response

After 2months of purchasing INTEX cloud N 1GB through ebay(online purchase website) it was started giving problem of battery not charging, so i went authorised service center to repair. They took nearly 20days to repair, but when i went there to collect the repaired phone they gave me some other lower model handset and told that your handset has been replaced by INTEX. Since it was a lower model i didn't took and returned them back and told that i need equivalent or higher feature model. Now the problem is they replaced my original INTEX cloud N 1GB without intimating me and giving lower version model handset in which feature are even matching 40% to my phone. Now i want equivalent or higher feature model otherwise i will not take lower model handset of less cost, if it is not possible then returned back my money what i have paid for INTEX cloud N 1GB.
