[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — Regarding bill of 8/8/2013 to 8/9/2013

Dear sir/mam, I am Manoj Kumar and my connection number is [protected](Postpaid) with plan RGSimple 399. You have generated my bill of Rs.1300 approx with Rs.731 for internet connection . But i have not used the internet connection and i had also made a call to customer care they says my remaining MB of data is 9MB .Then why should i pay for internet connection charges. My total calling bill is approx Rs. 550 including Taxes . So i can only pay that amount of money. And one thing more if you provided than max. limit of Rs.1000 than how it had reached to Rs. 1300. After every day i had gotten a message regarding bill increased by Rs.100 or Rs.150 event i have put my cell off. Lastly i wan to say that i am unable to Rs. 1300 approx. i only pay for my calling charges. and also request to you please Migrate my number form postpaid to prepaid connection.
