Reliance Communications Limited — Non receipt of Full internet value for STV 123 Recharge

Although I have recharged STV123 on 01/10/2013 for 1GB data but I even after 96Hrs I could get only 500MB. Raised a complaint at your customer care vide Service request number[protected] but has been Closed without any resolution/confirmation to me. This is really very disappointing with RCOM every time as they are always ready to take the customer money and not giving the service. Requested RCOMcare to credit the remaining 500MB back to my account or else I dont have any other option than to Portout from your service.
