[Resolved] Tata Docomo GSM — Billing Issue | |||
- My Tata Docomo # : [protected] - My Plan: Great Value 199 plan Monthly Rental - Additional Value Ads: 1. GSM GPRS [protected]@50 pack Monthly Rental 2. GSM New - UNLIMITED SMS @ 89 pack Monthly Rental. I have a UNLIMITED SMS pack monthly rental of INR Rs. 89/-. But still I received a bill to pay for the SMS charges. I have raised this issue with Tata Docomo on 03rd Jan 2013 ticket #[protected]. I have explained the Customer Care Representative about my wrong billing. But they are asking me to make the payment for the wrong bill. They have called me many times but never could help me with the issues. Finally I also received a call from the Tata Docomo legal department (Phone No.[protected] on 30th March 2013, Saturday asking me to pay the bill or else I will have to face the legal charges. I am worried if they raise legal issues which would make my reputation and credit status to look bad and why are they harassing me. Its been 3 months and the issue is still pending and my services are blocked and i am unable to use the services which bought from Tata Docomo with a purpose. My whole purpose is defeated. I have internent connection as TATA photon+, my photon number is [protected]. My internet pack is Rs 950 unlimited per month and I am getting bill of more than Rs. 950, which at the time of purchase from Shivranjni office, I was told that I will get bill amount of Rs 950 per month only.
