www.RechargeItNow.com — Balance deducted, recharge not done

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Sanjay Kumar, I recharged me Vodafone no ([protected]) through www.rechargeitnow.com on 1st October 2012 of Rs 34, Balance was debited from my A/C immediately, however recharge not done, not I received any confirmation on my mobile. I received a email stating that recharge failed, I write to www.rechangeitnow.com same day but no confirmation received till date.
