Mobile Store — Sub: - Complaint against not resolve problem after 51 days.

I was purchased mobile Sumsung S750 Galaxy Ace plus on 31.03.2012 with extended warranty from mobile store, Shop no.105 Ground floor, Kailash Block, Tonk Road Jaipur-302004. The Invoice no. is 1402/2592 and order no is 05790205. The IMEI no of mobile is [protected] and extended warranty no is EXMAR0448201. The appear problem of starting in phone I was deposited my handset on 23.10.2013 at mobile store Amrapali Marg, Nemi Nagar, Vaishali Nagar Jaipur for repair under extended warranty. The job sheet no is 662692 (attached). After some time, Due to un- resolve of my problem, I was contact with mobile store Vaishali Nagar Jaipur but M/s Manoj (dealing staff) was very rod against me and given very improper reply and non –cooperation. After this I was contact with customer care many time. The details of reference no is under below. The customer care staff was always shown non- cooperation and take next few days for resolve problem however my hand set still not repaired. I was deposited my hand set on 23.10.2013 and after passed 51 days my hand set still unrepaired and on satisfactory reply was given by the mobile store staff and customer care staff. The extended warranty policy of the company is very poor and showing his poor and low standard. Now I am really very shocked that such a big company don't even responded? And I must say that this is nothing but a "JOKE" and I am telling you this that this company will not proceed any further if they "CHEAT" all the customers like this & "I MEAN IT". S.
