Unable to switch on the device. No charging. I called the customer care officers more than 100 times Registered many complains such as 1.Complaint no: MSCO[protected] 2. Complaint no:TMS1209E1201 3.Complaint no: MSEQ: 10172013 4. Complaint no:MSCO 10005290 Visited to your mobile store at secunderabad. The manager (Mr Shiva) communicated to Mobile store office.
