I purchased an HTC 820 handset from Mobile Store Kharghar in Nov 2014. The Manager Rahul has been very cooperative & I even took extended warranty, duration of which is until Nov 2016. From January 2016 I have been having issues with my phone. The display just failed. I submitted my handset & got to know that it would take about 20 days for rectification. My work is completely dependent on my phone yet I cooperated & submitted only to receive my phone after 25days. The phone was received in the same condition with no work done upon it. I had to resubmit my phone again wait for another 20 days. This was not the end. The engineers were so slack in their work that the phone was again sent in the same condition the 2nd time as well. I gave a benefit of doubt & again submitted my phone the 3rd time. This went on & on I had to eventually raise an alarm, write several complaint mails etc. Sad to say customer care does not work on Sundays & the mails just bounce back on Sundays. The Area Manager Mr Santosh was not ready to answer the call & didnt take responsibility neither did their senior technician Mr. Ganesh. All they asked me to submit my phone to the store. Now, I have already submitted phone 5 times. This went on until July. This is pure customer harassment. My phone was returned with the display finally rectified but a new problem...the Battery. The battery has now started giving up even at 25%. The phone shuts down all of a sudden & takes 15 hours to charge. This was never the issue with my handset. The seniors(Mr. Santosh-Area Manager) are now not taking responsibility & are shamelessly asking me to again submit my phone the 6th time. IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE???? Dont they get it. Are they going to harrass me like this until my warranty ends in November 2016. I am not willing to submit my handsetagain. I need another solution...
