[Resolved] Mobiles Cart.in — Online fraud | |||
Dear Sir, I booked through their online website www.mobilescart.in a samsung grand 2 mobiles in Rs 17025 on 13th Aug, 14. After confirmation I received a email that my order is confirmed and will be delivered to my mailing address by 20th Aug, But I did not received the item till date. I tried to call on their number [protected] but their is no response on that number, neither any response by email. I just received one mail from Mr Deb but after that I did not received any reply from him. Please guide me what should I do. Should I go to lodge complaint in consumer forum? Same thing also happened with me ..I am keep asking my refund ...I have 22920 for HTC mobile ...after 10 days i have got emails says phone s out of stock.
They ask for the bank details for refund ..i have sent the same..after that they hay replied back it will credited your account in to 5 6 days but 15 days are over still not happened yet.
