[Resolved] Mobiletopup.co.in — about recharge fail and non refund of my money | |||
I am goutam buddha.I was bill paid of vodafone no [protected] postpaid no on 15th sep 2014.as per your offer i paid you 501.6 rs in place of 528 rs bill amount by citi bank online payment.my order id was MTP15096057and payment given card no [protected] on 15th sep PayUSBIPG ref no[protected]. I was complained 7-8 times but till today not replied and not refunded my money. I think as per your refund policy if recharge not successful amount is automatically refunded on that account by which i was paid. I was checked on mobile topup sites than recharge fail shown.Than as per refund policy why my amount was not refunded.Than please suggest me what i do. presently i am in ranchi for govt helicopter flying.I reched delhi on 20th oct 2014.Can you suggest me it is possible to claim by consumer form. I think this is last option because 500 rs is valuable for every middle class family. on 1 st oct i got monthly statement by citibank than we found only 501 rs debited and till today not credited.
