Mobiwik — 396.00 debit from my account

Sir Pls solve my problem to refund my 396.00 rs as debited from my account. But not put in my wallet.debited date 8/3/2015 =196 and 4/4/2016=198 Total=396 Its very shocked to me when i check my a/c statement detail and message detail.i send snap shot of these as a proof. Pls refund it as soon as possible.i use my money according to my need not mobikwik. Thanks®ards Swaroop Kumar
