Modi Builders — Golden County is not a GATED COMMUNITY- Don't get cheated by Modi Builders

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased villa at Golden County, Rampally from Modi Builders in 2019. Their sales team till date projects this Golden County project as Gated Community, still you can see that on their website. I have attached a picture from their website for your perusal.

We came to know recently by an govt official working in Rampally Daira panchayat that this project is not a approved Gated Community. We too found on HMDA site and it was clearly mentioned that Modi Builders took approval as residential plotting only and not as a gated community.

Initially when we checked with Modi Builders, they insisted that this project is a Gated Community as they have document proof for it. Later on insisting for document proof, they now say it is NOT a Gated Community.

Instead of being ashamed for lying to all buyers at Golden County, they are finding fault at us saying that they didn't mention about this as Gated community in the Sales deed.

Hereby I request buyers to make sure and ask for proofs for a proper Gated community approval. Don't be fooled by them as their sales team still insists this project as Gated Community and advertise on their website.
