[Resolved]  Modi Builders — Ignored and humiliated in front of all subordinates by mr modi. Customer of 305 lotus homes

We are the resident of Lotus Homes, AhmedGuda Village, Block-D, Flat 305. We have got our possession on 24th of January 2016 and since our possession, it has been told by the office personnel and the customer care for any unsolved issues which they do not have enough authority to take decision with, particularly in that matter, customer of the Lotus Homes can talk directly with Mr. Modi, MD, regarding their grievances when Mr. Modi arrives at Lotus Home. But, today, on 9th of February, 2016, Tuesday, at 12 noon when Mr. Modi comes and after few minutes of waiting, when we, customer of 305, told directly Mr. Modi to talk with him only for 5 minutes regarding our issues, he answered, "I do not have time to communicate with each individual, rather you talk to my subordinates" in that way we had completely been ignored and humiliated in front of all subordinates. I am also working in a respectable position in an MNC company and I cannot expect that type of bad gesture from manlike Mr. Modi, when Mr. Narendra Modi is the Prime Minister of India. Now, my question is if Mr. Modi is showing apathy towards talking with us only for 5 minutes when we are the only customer still now to live-in when multiple numbers of customers come then what will happen? Since customer care and office personnel told us directly to talk with Mr. Modi for any unresolved issues which they cannot have enough authority to take decision that is why we, customer of 305, are waiting for talking with Mr. Modi only for 5 minutes. For your kind information, We are all coming from respectable family and working in a renown MNC company but bad gesture like this I have never forgotten.
