Modi Builders — Lack of proper maintenance - Sunshine Park Ghatkesar

Hi, I am a resident of Sunshine Park Phase 2 Ghatkesar. We face lack of or improper maintenance by modi builder staff. They promise power back up but never ever turn on generator. Water is another issue. Work on second bore well is stuck and no proper communication from builder. For any plumbing work staff is asking service charges even in the day time.

Water is seeping from walls to inside from roof. With the constant rains all the inside walls are wet due to this seepage. Since the handover of this house this water seepage has not been rectfied by builder
