Modi Builders — Maintenance at Splendour Project

Modi builders project Splendour where they promised a ton and basically not providing a minimum facilities also. The most basic need of life is water and they stopped the same for us. No water, proper maintenance, no office staff, poor aged security staff who just sleep all day, gym that doesn't function at all, no swiming pool and so on. The builder doesn't listen or care to any communication of phone / email or anything. They asked for elected comity from the residents to discuss and resolve the issues. Even after that they never came up with a solution or a discussion at all. Only few email that shows his bureaucracy on the system as if we(the residents) are under his foot. Never call for an AGM to take any decision regarding the maintenance or to state for account status, any break up of services expenses for our money. Made our life miserable.
