[Resolved] Modi Hyundai — Water ingress in car during service and repair | |||
My car went for paid service with bill of 15000 on 13th march, and then since lockdown happened, after 80kms on the odo, on 24th july, my car broke down due to breakdown on road but modi hyundai thane gave me ab appointment of 14 days after, i got the car towed home and then back to modi hyundai after 14 days. They charged my another 12000 for repairs which i paid. But when car was received the tailgate had water filled inside the car, tyres, jack, medical kit from hyundai, all were damaged and the board on the tyre was broken. I sent back the car for correction and as everyone else, they refused to take ownership of the problem created and kept defending the car has leakage. I have tried to reach out multiple times and spoke to mr. Raghu there, who is trying to dodge the issue providing no resolution. Now due to this water ingress during repair, they left my car open and my whole car has developed mold and fungus inside which in the last 12 years never happened with any of my cars. Very poor service, ownership and basic courtesy o[censored]nderstanding customer issues. Would rather send it to andheri for service than modi hyundai. Was this information helpful? | |||
