More Mega Store — Product not delivered, Quality of Product is worst

I bought Whirlpool Refrigerator on 25th July, 15 and they delivered it on 26th July, 15. But the Product Quality was extremely bad. The Packaging was even worst. There was a big dent on Door inside panel and small ones on font side of Door. I asked them to replaced and they replaced it Today. But when i received it, the Product was different what I had booked. I took off for 3 hrs from Office to received this Product which was again not as per standard. More is delivering Old, used and damaged Products. Just wanted to aware the customers.
