Morphy Richards — Morphy richards food processor defective parts are not getting replaced

Hi,

I have purchased a Morphy Richards Food Processor Essential 600 on 1st February 2016, when the guy came for demo we noticed that few parts was defective such as chutney jar lid was broken, food processor lid was rusted and two blades was not working at all. So we registered a complain complain no is "9298904" then few guys came and took the snaps of the defective parts and told us that it will be replaced with in 10 days but when I called them after 10 days they told that we are helpless as parts are not available currently and they were also not able to tell me dates when it will be available..
I called toll free no more than 10 times and every time they are giving name of a person and he is telling that he is not looking in that area. I have also submitted complaint in morphy richards site but no vain.
Kindly help as buying a product from morphy richards gives so much pain, I did not have any idea previously.
