I am saying you guys from starting that my phone was for 1 hour with service center and they damaged my phone internally. How you can say that they did not do any thing with my phone. My phone was with service center and they can do any thing with device to repair charge and take pics after damaging my phone.

I am totally disappointed by motorola team.

If you are not able solve my problem share me the customer service head contact details.

Your are not listening me what i am saying. This is not my fault if your team damaged my mobile and now you are dening to repair my phone and saying to repair my phone or charges basis as service center team demand me for 9000/ rupees for repair as now this phone available in market in 8000/-. How your giving this type of support to customer. Can you please forward my request to any senior customer support or service support head. Because you are listening to service center team. You can see email response from your team sometimes they are saying your phone is band, sometimes saying your phone is liquid damaged and sometimes saying your phone back cover is damaged. If you will not forward my request to senior management then i will write letter to your india head office ceo, hod as you guys are not helping me.

I have told you guys manys times that my mobile was not physically damage at the time when i submitted to service center. I have shared you pics of my mobile you can see there is no physical damaged. Service center team damaged my mobile internally. Motorola team only listening to the service center team only not me.

Anyway i am going to file a case against motorola team in consumer court.

I have already raise case with consumer forum. If you are not helping then i will take help from consumer court.
