[Resolved] Motorola — motorola g5s plus - slow internet speed | |||||
I bought motorola g5s plus in november 2017 and using it with vodafone 4g enabled sim with 40gb 4g data plan. The internet speed has been pathetic from the day 1 and i thought the issue was from vodafone's end so i followed up with them and got the sim replaced however, still no difference in the internet speed. Called up motorola phone support and followed all the steps suggested by their staff and still no luck hence i visited their service center vision tech in pimpri pune, they've formatted my phone and still no luck... I am tired of this issue and want a refund / replacement with the model that actually works on 4g... My another phone redmi with same vodafone sim at the same place gives me 30-40 mbps speed and this motorola is giving 1 mbps speed only.
