Motorola — MOTOROLA GLASS CRACK NOT REPLACED COMPLAINT

i bought phone on 22 dec at the very second of launch in india from flipkart. I waited for 1.5 years before it came to india. The phone fell from my hands and the glass cracked. the phone is working absolutely fine, if m asking them to replace they are saying the glass wont be replaced complete assembly (display) will be replaced. which costs 18300/- here this is 60% of the cost of phone. Thats higher than apple.moreover it is not available at the service centre. for over a month now nobody from motorola has even bothered to ask me whats the issue... also the price is varying in delhi 15000 and 18000 in delhi n chennai. I had previously broken my 25000/- rs NOkia N8 twice the glass got repaired both times 4000/- each time. I am giving options and customer help email is reverting saying no.. whats the point ? 1. exchange my phone with a new one same model.(take extra money from me) 2. after keeping me waiting for over a month now make the stock available n replace the glass at lesser price. 3. buy my phone at the price you like.. i buy some other phone help me in some form?? kind regards, Bharti Sharma [protected]
