I have a moto c plus mobile which i bought on dec 2017, after few months i was facing issue with the sim slot, one of the sim slots was not working. They said that you have to change the sim and bring a new sim, so we did that also but still the issue remains the same, then i told them to keep the mobile with them under observation, so they kept the mobile for some days and then repaired the same saying that they have changed the motherboard, after few days the mobile was not charging then again we went to the service center and they repaired the mobile then it worked. But the real issue is when i face the same no charging issue after 5-7 days, but when i went there they said that this mobile will not be covered under warranty as this was tempered else where when i had a chat with the manager they said that we must have broken the charging port. But to the best of my knowledge i haven't taken the mobile to other local shop as my mobile is under warranty.
