[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — automatically restart after servicing after 2 times | |||
I wish to complain about my moto e4plus mobile that i purchased on 19/7/2017 from flipkart. I am complaining because 2times iaam going to service center but my problem not solved after 2 days repeat they problem after servicing. To resolve this problem i would like you to change my phone otherwise service my phone in proper condition When i first learned of this problem, i contacted tilak nagar moto (Lenovo) services center at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because 2time service. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 10 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.
