Motorola Solutions — Bad motorola care center service | |||||
Hi, This is in reference to a service that i received from motorola service center, amar plaza, ajmer. I gave my phone for fixing as there was an issue with flash and camera capture sync. Service center kept the phone for 8 days. Now my phone has following issues introduced: 1. Some vertical and horizontal lines introduced on the screen. 2. Dull screen brightness. 3. Power button was not working. 4. Shadow appearing on the screen of the last opened tab. 5. There was hole introduced in the side body which they changed later when i noticed it. 6. Scratches on the handset. 7. Also they denied me the job sheet. This is highly unacceptable. Do you give your devices after fixes without any tests? Is this the way issues are fixed introducing multiple new bugs?? I want my phone to be changed as my new phone is now not working as expected. Require urgent response. Better you may suite a case in consumer court against service center where you have submitted your phone for repair work. Also write a complaint letter to Motorola against this.
