Motorola Solutions — Battery problem not resolved after being paid for battery

This is in regards to the motorola service center of bhubaneswar hara agency. Where i had paid 1950/- for a new battery but after 2 days the battery problem raised. I really doubt about the genuinity of authorize center of motorola service center.
