Motorola Solutions — battery related issue

Battery is getting discharged quickly. I want to buy a new one but I am doubtful that it will be authentic. Please suggest where can I get original battery of Motto e3 model.

Please suggest where to buy a genuine onto e3 battery.

In the morning it shows 100 percent and I. The afternoon even if mobile was not touched it shows 38%. So iwould like to buy a new battery but not sure I will get original one from online platforms. Can I get it in a authorised store. Please suggest.

My moto e4 plus is not supporting its microphone during videocalls and online voice calls. otherwise its supporting well on regular voice call. let me know what should be the problem and what i can do to fix it.
